Passed CCNA RS and Collaboration But Can't See CCNA Collab Kit

Hello,

I just passed the CCNA Collaboration exam yesterday. I have received a "congratulations" email from Cisco. I have also verified my personal information data. However, when I want to fulfill my CCNA Collaboration certificate, I only see the CCNA R / S certificate information only.

What should I do? How do I fulfillment CCNA Collab certificates?
