Hello,
Assuming the integration of Unity 2.46 with a Nortel or Lucent PBX, I think the following is required. Can you verify and elaborate on these requirements?

-20 Port Solution - Lucent or Nortel: Is this the licensing?
-Dialogic D120 12 port board: Is this a PCI board?
-H.100 8 port drop: What is the function of H.100 port drop?
-PBX Link: Is this the RS232, Calista, or T1?

Thanks for your time!

The 20 port solution is the number of ports unlocked on the key with this configuration.
The Dialogic D120 12 port board is PCI. For 20 ports you would need two of them linked with a CT connector cable.
The 8 port drop is your CT connector cable for linking multiple dialogic PCI boards.
PBX Link -- this is the Calista device which has both a digital station port for your Lucent/Nortel line, and an RS-232 serial connector for passing SMDI info to Unity.

I hope that answers your questions.
