PBX to CCM Gateway distinctive ring?

We have a mixed implementation with a traditional Siemens PBX connected to a VG200 MGCP Gateway by QSIG PRI. We have users on both systems in our facility. All calls that are passed from the Siemens to the CCM come up as external calls with the external ring and they also are presented the external greeting from Unity. Is there a way to define how the calls passed through the gateway are treated?

On the gateway under the field "Call Classification" you can define "OnNet or OffNet". I'm thinking that what you want is OnNet.

Setting Name Description

OffNet

This setting identifies the gateway as being an external gateway. When a call comes in from a gateway that is configured as OffNet, the outside ring gets sent to the destination device.

OnNet

This setting identifies the gateway as being an internal gateway. When a call comes in from a gateway that is configured as OnNet, the inside ring gets sent to the destination device.

This setting uses the Cisco CallManager clusterwide service parameter Call Classification
