Customer is using PA (1.4(5) ) for speech services only. When the customer dials the pilot point to get to the speak by name directory, the system will say "Extension XXXX" or "JOe Smith" (the calling extension or name" before it gets to the PA greeting. They want to shut this off but i can't see where that would occur. Any input would be appreciated
