Personal Directory

I have been trying to get the personal directory services working on 7960 phones. The service comes up on the phone, I can add names through the ccmuser site, but cannot pull them up on the phone. When I try to select the personal directory, nothing happens. I am not trying to use the Outlook synchronizer since my outlook is messed up with duplicate personal folders. I would like to be able to bring them up without theneed for outlook.

When you configured the URL for the service did you use the Hostname of the server or did you use the IP Address, should use IP Address. Do you get any errors on the phone after pressing the PAB Service Key? When you subscribed the phone to the service you used the same UserID as when the logged into the CCMUser page, correct?

Used IP address, not name. No errors, in fact nothing at all. Yes same username, pin etc. I have 3 names in the address book. The fast dials do work.
