I'm trying to set up some devices using the Bulk Administration Tool. To start I need to create a phone template. When I try to insert a new phone template, I get a strange error ("Error No. No path found"). This is strange as the paths for the XMLtemp files - C:\Program Files\Cisco\Bin\Xmltemp\Xml - is there on the Publisher, and the path where the templates end up - C:\CiscoWebs\BAT\Templates\PhoneTemplates - is also there. User permissions seem to be set properly as well.
On a related note, when I go to the 'Phone Template' UI on BAT, in the left nav the message "Error in retrieving Phone Templates" appears. Has anyone seen this?
