Phone will not register but others will

Hi we have some 7961 phones that were having some issues. They were registered on a certain port and now they will not re register to that port, you can take them anywhere and they will register and you can plug other phones into that port and those will register has anyone seen this before?

Recommend you update FW on these phones.
