PictureTel 330 MCU can not work with Cisco MCM?

I have estabished a video conference network using

PictureTel 330 MCU and PictureTel 900 video termial.

Gatekeeper is Cisco's MCM(IOS IP/H.323). Router is

Cisco 3662.

330 and 900 can register in MCM fine. when 900 dial 330 using 330 conference room ID, all is fine. But when 330 dial 900 using 900's ID, the connection is fail.

Everything I’ve read on Cisco’s site says that it should work/integrate just fine. I would suggest contacting Cisco’s tac on this one. We were looking at the PictureTel product line too so what you find would be of interest to me.
