Picuretel Netconference and MCM

I have a MCU Picturetel Netconference 330, and it cannot be registered in Cisco's gatekeeper (this is a Enterprise MCM IOS) Do you know how can i do for to force it to register in the gatekeeper?

From past experience, we know that the PTEL 330 can be registered and operated with a Cisco IOS GK. Not real sure why you are having difficulty. You may want to turn on a RAS trace in the Cisco GK to see if its getting the appropriate requests and if there are any reject messages to the registration request
