play file with cisco cp 8941 asterisk

hello guys , 

i am using to freePbx in cisco phone cp 8941 but when i use to freepbx application paging then this device is not supported to this application after i am tried to rtptransmit command in custom_dialplan but this decline to file and not execute.

i am still tried to this rtptransmit command to but still not working this.

so anyone tell me how to works this?
