Please help! Keep getting "Phone Unprovisioned" on 7960

Hi,

I am currently building a demostration using the 7960 IP Phone. I am using the CallManager Simulator and my phone is connecting to the network.

Trouble is, I can't get to the services menu at all - Nothing happens when I try and press the Services button and I am assuming (maybe incorrectly) that the "Phone Unprovisioned" error is the reason.

Can anybody help? Please!?

check the ip phone services url in the phone's menu.. what is it set to? You'll have to enter the ip phone services start path into the call manager simulator, so that it is transmitted to the phone when it boots up.. by default there's no ip phone services path in the CM simulator, so all the phones connected to the simulator will not have a services url and thus pressing the services button won't do anything.
