The dialer solution is called Blended Agent, please contact your Cisco Sales Account for more informations. It is available for ICM solutions integrated with a Lucent Definity G3 ACD and would be soon available for IPCC.
Predictive dialer is making outbound calls feature. The dialing it initiated automatically by the system, which then directs the call to an agent. It usually used to manage campaigns.
IPCC call center is call center base on IP (Voice over IP).

There is no much information there but this is what I have found on the spot
We have a solution for Outbound based on JTAPI that works with Call Manager (No ICM). Hence the agents are configured in the Dialer and they login into the Dialer to be used for automated Outbound calls.
