PRI, Facility IE causing calls to drop

I seem to remember a post a while back where someone was having pronlems with a PRI and the culprit turned out to be Faciltiy IE I think. Does anyone remember this thread and can possible pint me to it?

Not sure about the post but I had this problem. It turned out to be a misconfiguration of the PRI.
