Prime Assurance no Web Interface?

                   I am trying out Prime Assurance 10 trial and I can't get the web page to come up. I can ping the IP address and I can ping out of it to the network but the URL won't show up. I accidentally installed Prime Provisioning before this and that came up fine. I'm not sure if there is something that I'm missing about assurance that I need to know. Anybody?
