Hi again,

Can I print a backup copy of my atendant console user

or a log file of all the users of the ac in my org.?

I didn't find an option on the ac, can i find the data base or somthing and print it out?

If you want to print the file all users listed in AC

(directory)

Search for this file in the AC client:

C:\Program Files\Cisco\Call Manager Attendant Console\userlists\corporatedirectory

You can also find it in CCM under the AC directory in Program Files.

I need to print the phone numbers that my

users feed in to the attendant console list and

not my internal directory numbers
