Environment: CCM 3.3(3)sr4a, 2621: IOS 12.2-15T(16), NM-2V+VIC-2FXO
2621 and Voice Card can be successfully registierd to CCM using MGCP.
But when calling from PSTN to the FXO port, sometimes everything works well, but somethmes there is a problem.
The problem is: Calling party hear the ring back tone, but the voice port still in "ON-HOOK" status and the Status of the voice port occasionally display "ring-det" and then none
