Hello!

About 2 mouths ago I change 15 SW from 3500 to 3550, the problem is that when I try to conecct a new ipphone this dont load correctly. To conecct it I need change the conector into a old 3500 SW.

Can you expand upon this a bit? What exactly is not working? Are the phones powering up? Are they getting a DHCP address?

Do you have a sample config for a port that the phone plugs into on the 3500XL? How about your config for a similar port on the 3550?

I'm using the same configuration in both SW but in the 3550 the ipphone dont load, only turn on green the HEADSET button and then reboot again.

It's the only this do.

Just for grins, could you cut and paste the config from a single port on both of your switches here?
