Problem in Login to CRA Engine CCM3.3(3)

Hi...I have a problem in installing CRA to enable default AA in CCM3.3(3)

When I installed the CRA I cannot go in using deafault UN/PW (Administrator, ciscocisco).

It says invalid UN/PW. I uninstalled the engine and re-installed it back, still it's the same cenario. Any possible cause/solution to overcome this issue.

I have CCM 3.3(3) with sr3

When you install Cisco CallManager or Cisco CRA, the administrator password you enter overwrites the Windows 2000 administrator password. Also, if you enter a password with spaces, it may not be recorded properly. For more details on the corrective action to be taken, refer to:
