I have a problem with AS5350 and don’t understand the nature of what happening with IOS and hardware.
I have following message continuously in log file :

Periodically AS5350 stops accept calls and in log file appears following message:

Configuration of AS5350 :
128 MB RAM
2 1xE1 ports
60 DSP
IOS - c5350-is-mz.123-4.T.bin
Here is connection schema of AS5350 :
2 E1 connected to the SI2000 telephone switch by ISDN and R2 digital.
2 E1 merged in multilink and connected through G.703 system to VoIP service provider.
There is no echo cancellation on voice ports and codecs are G.729A. Also modem passthrough is on in dialpeers.
