Hi All,

I have problwm with CCME. Everytime I turn off my IP Phone, It can not register anymore. I encounterred this problem with some of the CCME IOS. The status of the ip phone is alwasy "deceased". eventhough I have reset the IP Phone many times the status is still the same. I need to reset the router in order to let the IP Phone registerred, which is not acceptable. Is that an CCME bug or I need to add command to solve this problem ????

Right now I am using IOS 12.3.11T. Please help....

regards

I am running the same code on a 1760 in my lab without issues. Please post your config?

Thanks

Mike

Hi,

The ip phone can register as long as the phone is not in "deceased" mode. once it's in "deceased" mode i need to restart the router in order to bring it back.

is 192.168.0.166 definitely the correct ip address of your ethernet interface on this router? also, i am running version 12.3(11)T code as well and my 7960-7940 load says this:

load 7960-7940 P00303020214

ignore the above post. the version of firmware that you have should be fine

Are you sure about that? Have Susanto try 3.3.2.2.14, which comes even with CCME 3.2.

Susanto,

do you have your router set up as a tftp server for that particular image?

Dragi

I have encountered the same problem on my CallManager Express system which runs 2600-ipvoice-mz.123-11.T.bin on a 2610XM.

Once the phone goes "deceased", meaning the keepalive timer has expired, the phone won't register.

My phones are all 7940 and use the P00305000301 load file.

Adding the "signed" image P00305000301.sbn as well as the "unsigned" image P00305000301.bin to flash memory and entering the following commands solved this for me.

tftp-server flash:P00305000301.bin

tftp-server flash:P00305000301.sbn
