Problems installing MLA

Hi,

We have recently upgraded CCM 3.3.4 to 3.3.5 and as a result MLA application no longer appears to be present, although there are still MLA database entries as one would expect. When trying to run the version of MLA (1.2.4a) supported by 3.3.5, an error is returned stating that the previous version must be removed first. I dont want to delete the old version manually (in sql and the registry) so is it possible by runnning the older executable and removing the MLA and components that way. There's no option in remove programs etc...

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance,

Steve

The uninstall deletes the CCMAdmin and CCMService virtual directories and re-creates them with Basic Authentication as it existed prior to multilevel administration access installation. Multilevel administration access uninstall restores the Cisco CallManager configuration to its state prior to multilevel administration access installation. To uninstall MLA, choose Start > Settings > Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs. From the list of installed programs, select the MultiLevelAdmin program and remove the program. After uninstalling multilevel administration access, you must use the local NT Administrator account to log in to Cisco CallManager Administration.
