I have an ITSv2 router and an ATA186. Both are running as H323 GW. The IP phones I have connected to the ITS can transfer calls between each other freely. But call transfer fails when you try to transfer a call that is between an ATA analog phone and an IP phone. When you press transfer on the IP phone, the analog phone receives MOH as normal, but as soon as you enter the last transfer digit, the call drops at both ends. I think this may have something to do with transferring a H323 call using Skinny on the ITS. Please help...

Often times complex troubleshooting issues are best addressed in an interactive session with one of our trained technical assistance engineers. While other forum users may be able to help, its often difficult to do so for this type of issue.

This is the same with all Analogue H323 ports. It is not supported without the use of Loopback-dn's and these are not documented
