Problems when registering equipment registration license LIC-EXP-ROOM option key in Cisco Exprssway-C

Our customer has 288 registered room system licenses on Expressway-C.

In addition, the Room System License was issued to Expressway-C, and although it was registered in the option key, the status was Superseded, and a message to restart appeared.

I want to know how to solve the problem.

Also, although we were issued 4 LIC-EXP-ROOMs, it appeared that only 1 could be registered in Expressway-C.

I want to know how to solve the problem as well.

The license is A-FLEX-3 A-FLEX-EXPWY-ROOM, and the Expressway-C version is X8.11.4.

Flex license is Subscription model, based on your subscription   you are entitled to  use it one, three five years.

I also know that the A-FLEX-3 EXPWY-ROOM license is a subscription type and can be subscribed for 1 year 3 years 5 years.

That's not a problem, I'm inquiring about a problem with Superseded after purchasing a license, registering with Expressway.
