remote sites with Cisco 1760V connect via analog E&M to a central site with CCME and when the ip phone ring and I off-hook,it take about 4 seconds for audio start talking.
If the call is made by CCME to the analog E&M, there is no problems with audio.
If anybody already have this kind of problem please let me know the solution.

Using Analog E&M with CCME should not create such problem. Have a look at the Administration guide for CCME. It might guide on how to configure the analog ports.

Are you set for H323 fast start? That is the default, but if you need to set it:
voice service voip
h323
call start fast
Also make sure you have this global command:
voice rtp send-rcv
This connects RTP streams immediately.
