problems with incomming calls with SRST and two PSTN Gateway

Hi all,

I´m having the following situation

In normal mode I have one Callmanager and two 2651XM-V with one MFT-1E1 Module to PSTN. Signalling between CCM and Gateways is MGCP.

For fallback one of these Gateways runs in SRST Mode.

Outgoing calls in SRST Mode go fine.

Incomming calls on the E1 Module of the SRST GW is fine as well.

Somehow I have problems with routing the incomming calls on the ´Normal Gateway´ to the SRST-Gateway and therefore to the IP-Phones.

I guess configuration on the SRST-GW is o.k because it works fine.

For H.323 call-routing I´ve configured two voip dial-peers on the ´No-SRST-Gateway´pointing to the SRST-Gateway.

But this callrouting fails.

Here are the Dialpeers:

dial-peer voice 100 voip

destination-pattern 12345678...

session target ipv4:192.168.66.10

!

dial-peer voice 101 voip

destination-pattern 123456780

session target ipv4:192.168.66.10

!

dial-peer voice 1 pots

application mgcp

destination-pattern 0.T

incoming called-number 12345678...

direct-inward-dial

Whereas 192.168.66.10 is the ip-address of the SRST- GW.

What is missing??

I know it should be quite simple, but somehow I got stuck.

Thanx in advance.

Hi, I don't think what you are trying to do is supported by SRST, When in SRST the PSTN gateway is on the SRST router.. I might be wrong but as nobody has answered your query..!
