problems with outgoing calls on a external gatekeeper

hello,

i have some problems with the call manager 4.0 and a external lucent avaya argent office pbx. the pbx can handle voip extensions. everything is working between the softphones and the ip phones 7960. i have configured a Inter-Cluster Trunk (Non-Gatekeeper Controlled). the internal calls between the ip phones and the normal analog phones are ok. incoming calls to the ip phone extensions are routed from the pbx to the call manager and to the phones. outgoing calls from the ip phones aren't working. i have an callstatus software installed from the pbx, i see the outgoing calls and see if someone is answering the call, then the connection will be lost.

any ideas?

I feel that you are sending to IVR type application and disconnecting there. Please enable CCM trace to troubleshoot about how CCM interpreting and selecting the destination clearly if it is receiving the calls.
