Question about cisco 8845 video calling mobile phone

i'm considering to buy cisco 8845x

i would like to know if it works for video calling to mobile phones with camera? or only deskphones with video?

That will depend on whether the telcos involved in the call would allow this kind of call and if there is any need for signaling inter-working or media transcoding, and the end device capabilities.

Between endpoints in the same cluster, yes, it will work, inter-cluster, it should also work and if you have B2B with other companies, that might also work.

i actually dont have any tech knowledge so i'm not sure i understand correctly.

I'm based in bangkok and would like to use the 8845 from my office to video call my potential clients in singapore and denmark as well as many more countries. mainly on their mobile devices with camera.

how can i make sure this video call feature will work with mobile video calling?
