Do you have any idea to let all the ip phone to auto forward the calls to guard house ip phone after 5.15pm? Your effort shall be appreciated. Please advise the steps.
Lets say your IP Phones are in the range 2000-2999.
Create a translation pattern for 2XXX and translate that to the guard house IP Phone line and use the Time of Day feature to kick in this translation pattern only after 5:15 pm.
