Is there a way to pull a 24hr call activity chart from RTMT. I’m searching all over the internet and can’t find any answers.

Yeah... RTMT's a bit limited in that respect. The call activity counters increment from system startup (or likely from the last time the call manager service started), so you'd have to snapshot it at midnight and then subtract to get a daily total. You can also grab the perfmon counter values via CLI, which is likely what you'd want to do. Iirc this counter is a per-server counter so you'll want to do this per server. Check "show perf ?".
You can get some daily counts from CAR/CDR but unless you have a really simple infrastructure, that's not really usable for this either.
