From Cisco, you can use Mediasense, there are several 3rd party tools, if you're really just looking to get one phone to be recorded, if you have CUC, you can configure it to be recorded, but it would be a manual procedure.

wanted to stay from mediasense. looks like i may have to revisit that option. CUC will not work do to this need tobe automated
