I have about 2 phones (7910's) that boot up and say registration rejected. Are these corrupt phones that I most likely need to replace, or is there something in the settings I might change to let the registration go through? Thanks.

Are these Skinny (CallManager) phones?
On the phone, check Settings -> Status -> Status Messages for any clues. Also, on CallManager, set the CCM trace level to detailed and see what CallManager sees.
Also, check:

specifically:

I have "registration rejected" on all my phones after deleting them. This is still a system in development. I have a sub/pub with 7940-10-60's. They were all autoregistered and I then changed the autoreg extension range and deleted the phones so I could implement TAPS. My test phone came back with the rejected status but then registered after a restart of the CM's. The rest of the phones never came back.
I have CM 3-2-2c

Joshua: yes we have suffered with the same issues. There is a article on BugTrack somewhere that talks about this. Sorry don't remeber exactly the number. Try taking the phone load on the specifc phone back to a much earlier version say P..........102. If that works load up the next version and then try jumping to the latest version. This worked for us. thanks marc

Just wondering if you still have autoregistration enabled at least on one of the CallManagers and it's the first one in the CallManager Group ?
