Sorry this is my first time asking in the forum. i want to ask about Remote Expert Mobile.
from this document: https://www.cisco.com/c/dam/en/us/td/docs/voice_ip_comm/cust_contact/contact_center/remote_expert_mobile/remote_expert_mobile_1161/design/guide/Cisco_Remote_Expert_Mobile_11_6_1_10000_7_Design_Guide.pdf on page 9 i already find call flow from devices to the agent. is there any reference about signaling time that needed from call until it ringing to the agent that answer the call?
