I need help resetting my Time. It has somehow jumped ahead by 35 minutes.
Are you using NTP or windows time sync?
If Windows Time sync, you need to set the correct time in ccm server and reset your phone to take affect .For all phones you can reset phone using device pool in off business hours .
For NTP environment set correct time and follow up above steps to reset phones
