Does anyone have a trick up their sleeve to be able to pull multiple serial numbers of the IP phones at one time? For a couple hundred phones I really don't want to browse to each phone one at a time. I was thinking it might be a table in SQL but just a guess. I can't be the first person who ever needed to do this!
Unfortunately, there is no way to get an automated list of serial numbers from the callmanager. This information is not stored in the SQL database that CallManager uses, because callManager does not use the Serial Numbers for anything.
