I have installed a new ring tone on a 4.1.3 CallManager cluster. I modified the XML file and restarted the TFTP server. I can see the tone, but it will not play. Anyone run into this before?
Did you create and upload a new Ringlist.xml?
I just worked on this today in CUCM 6.0. The new Ringlist.xml did not work because I named it RingList.xml. Once I renamed the file with the lower case "L" and uploaded it, the new ring tones were available.
