We currently are using Avaya RTA-Geo reports from CMS to provide required info to our ICM ACD PGs. There are some future plans for us to replace CMS with IQ. Has Cisco tested and certified RTA-Geo Release 1.0 for Avaya IQ yet? If not, what are the plans to test and certify it?
