Hello!
I got the following error messages in RMTM in a regular basis a few days ago.
"Tcd Server heartbeat rate below 24 beats per minute.
Current heartbeat rate is 0 beats per minute."
Do you know what is this and what should i do the avoid it?

LowTcdServerHeartbeatRate means that the Cisco Telephony Call Dispatcher (TCD) process is not generating and/or responding to heartbeat requests in a timely manner. If this Alerts is triggered many times a day, you should consider restarting the TCD Process.

Do i need to restart the TCD service in a maintenance window?
Can i expect any negative impact on the active voice calls if i do this under work hours?

restart the service using Webadmin page (Application->Callmanager Serviceability) tools->Control Center , choos TCD and restart it.
You should better do it off-peak hour. Voice packet shouldnt be droped.
