SaS and DMM upgrade paths

Hi all

We currently use SaS and DMM with software version 5.2.2 which has been working fine since it was installed last year.

I'm now looking to upgrade to version 5.3 on each server but cannot find documentation telling me when I need to upgrade from 5.2.2 to 5.2.2.1 then 5.2.3 and then 5.3 or whether I can just go straight from 5.2.2 to 5.3.

Can someone confirm what the upgrade path is?

Hello Adam,

  The upgrade path for DMM and SNS are dependent on Hardware platform. Not all the hardware platforms can be upgraded to 5.2.3 and beyond.

You can find the Hardware compatibilty information in the release notes of each release.

What is the hardware platform of your DMS deployment? You can find the hardware details, by initiating an SSH to the DMM and SNS and clicking on "Show_INFO"
