Any phones that were connected to the subscriber server were not able to make internal or external calls. All phones showed as registered in Call Manager. I looked and found the error listed, and it stated that if that service fails, it should connect to the secondary CM Server. Ours did not...When I shut down the CM service on the Primary CM, it did finally cut over. Any suggestions would be great.
