Setting up cisco 7911 for home voip line

Hi there. I dug out an old cisco 7911 IP phone and was wondering if i could setup this phone to replace my landline at home?

What will i need to make this work?

1. DHCP Option 150;
2. TFTP server;
3. Working SEPmacaddress.cnf.xml;
4. dialplan.xml file;
5. Firmware for the phone.
