SIP/2.0 404 Not Found on Incoming calls

Hi Guys,

I have this SIP/2.0 404 Not Found error for only one DN.

I have a range of DN number start from 69140001 - 69149999.

However, when i call number 69145765, i will hear "the number is incorrect".

I can confirm the DN number already created in CUCM and assign with correct CSS.

I have done a debug and notice the voice gateway has receive the call but it seems cannot find the number and shows SIP/2.0 404 Not Found.

Go through https://supportforums.cisco.com/t5/ip-telephony/sip-2-0-404-not-found/td-p/2682587https://supportforums.cisco.com/t5/ip-telephony/sip-2-0-404-not-found-incoming-sip-calls/td-p/2144206 but not really help.

Can advise any other place where i can check on for this issue ?

Thank you in advance.

Your DNs are in STE-O2-Internal partition. Check the SIP Trunk's Calling Search Space (CSS) has access (i.e. includes) to that partition. From what I see, you SIP trunk's CSS has only access to PT-GW and STE-O2_LocalPT partitions.

Check the partition of this number (in comparison to other DNs) and if it is included in the calling search space of the SIP trunk at CUCM.

Hi Georgios,

Please refer to the screenshot attached. It was same CSS using for other profile.

When i call 5765, i will hear "the number is incorrect"

When i call 5766, i will hear busy tone and cut off which is the correct behavior as user havent using yet.

Any idea ?

Thank you.

Make the two calls again and gather SDL logs for Cisco Callmanager. Please, attach logs (as file).
