You need to start by mentioning what call control you use, the version, if the SIP trunk terminates on an ISR, etc. and most importantly, exactly what you want to do to "rectify" the situation (limit calls?? get a "bigger" SIP trunk???).

Thanks, Jaime. How do you configure a bigger SIP trunk. Does this has anything to do with bandwidth. I shall be grateful if you be of help in configuring a bigger SIP trunk

A SIP Trunk is a TCP\UDP connection with virtually no limit unlike PRI which has a limitation on 24 channels , Bandwidth will be the telling factor if it is configured on location.

Bandwidth is configured on my location. Can I change this to unlimited?

You can always set it to unlimited.

Talk to your ISP about requiring more calls to be handled by their SIP trunk, as Jitendra says, a SIP trunk is just a TCP/IP/UDP connection.
