Is there a way to delay sending a caller to a les-skilled agent??
I have several small queues. Ther may be only one or two agents that are the most highly skilled (from a total of 3-5 for the queue). I would like callers to wait a minute or two for those highly skilled agents before sending the call to the less-skilled agents.
