Slot 0 EEPROM data is not initialized

I have ASR 1006 with ASR1000-SIP10

I turned it off about 2 weeks

and now I am trying to run it but the slot 0 state is unknown:

Raise a TAC Case and get them to confirm if this is CSCuy21269.

using rom-monitor I tried to upgrade the slot 0 but it gave me the following :::::

all Upgrade ROMMON on all slots

so please I just want to know if anything can fix this problem

Did you raise a TAC Case?
