Softkey template & 7920

Hi.

I'm tryng to change the softkey template on a 7920 running phoneload 2.0 and latest sw version. I've already created a special template for display 'hold' and 'transfer' buttons when a call is connected, following CCO suggestions (on the template, put 'hold' on first position and 'transfer'on second) but nothing happened.

Any ideas?

I'm running CCM 4.1.3...

Get Call Manager ES14. This will update the Firware of your prhone and fix the issue.
