Can a speed dial button be configured onto a softkey?
Unfortunately, no. There's no user control over the softkeys in the "call plane" (when you're not in an XML service), other than to add or remove CallManager feature keys.
Also, is there a way to access an IP phone service from either a softkey or a line/speeddial button instead of using the services button and then selecting the service?
You can't tie a service to a softkey, but with CallManager 4.0(1) and above, you can tie a service to a line button on your phone if you have one open.
