SoftPhone and CRM Connector

Has anybody use cisco crm communication connector with softphone?

I have installed Cisco TSP4.1 and Cisco CRM Communication Connector v2.1.2 and it works with my

Cisco IP Phone 7940 Series but when I try to use softphone, I cannot see softphone device line in Connector's configuration.

Windows XP professional is the OS I am using.

Please reply if you know how can I use Softpone with crm connector.

This issue has been resolved.

Softphone device was not included in the controlled devices that's why CRM configuration page was not showing device related to softphone.

I set the device "controlled" in CallManager administration. Now softphone is working with CRM connector successfully.
