Does anyone know why the softphone does not work over a roadrunner network? It seems that the PSTN phone hears the softphone fine but the other way around does not work!.
Roadrunner blocks many ports by default, especially with their default service plan. This varies from geographic region and local sublet companies. In addition, they QoS a lot of the traffic, and this may be causing problems as well.
