Has anyone had problems in getting softphone to access CMs directory. I'm running 3.1(3a) and 1.3(2a). I setup the parameters with a hostname for CM, port 8404 and ou=users, o=cisco.com but I can't seem to access the directory? Thanks, Mark.

ou=users, o=cisco.com is a example,you need to use the customer entrys.
If you have more than one "ou" ,you can try a syntax like
this example dc=cisco, dc=com

your syntax works fine on 3.2, but does not work on 3.1.X.
There is a profile string on 3.2 and not int 3.1.X. I dunno what the issues are, although I would like to know why !
