I have several clients who are using 7941's and 7961's. Running 4.2.3. We have noticed on several occasions that these phones do not recover after the ccm has been down for a while or the site for some reason has went into srst. It does not seem to matter if SRST is being uses or not. Some of the phones do recover at the same site. All you have to do is unplug the phone and plug it back in and it comes right up. I have not had this issue at all on the 7940's and 7960's. It is like the phone is stuck. Is this a known bug?
